This slide was prepared by Triarch from Goe. H. Conant. . Product number is 15-11. Though it way well date back into the 1950s, the slide remains in excellent condition.

*The Pedersen Dual Quarter Wave Technique (PDQWT) involves placing over the source of illumination a pair of one quarter wave polarizing surfaces that are rotated, one against the other, to control the amount of back light on a prepared microscope slide.
